That the Parliament congratulates the University of St Andrews on being ranked the second best university in the UK, and the best in Scotland; notes that the rankings were made in the Guardian University Guide 2021, and that St Andrews achieved its rankings following high scores for student satisfaction and experience, graduate employment and the quality of its academic programmes, and wishes the University of St Andrews all the best for the future.
