To ask the Scottish Government how much funding it has provided to the Scottish Older People's Assembly in each financial year since 2007.

The first Scottish Older People's Assembly was held in October 2009, and the Scottish Government provided funding of £31,016.32 for it in 2009-10, and £30,000 per year between 2010-11 – 2013-14. In 2014-15 SOPA received £40,000, and between 2015-16 and 16-17 the Assembly received £65,000. Most recently SOPA has received £20,000 per year for the period 2016-17- 2018-19.
