To ask the Scottish Government what funding it provides to encourage colleges to employ tutors from the deaf community to teach British Sign Language.

Colleges wishing to employ tutors from the deaf community to teach British Sign Language can do so by utilising the Access and Inclusion Fund which is worth a total of £50.5m. Colleges are expected to use this fund to ensure that their college is inclusive and students are supported.
