To ask the Scottish Government what the percentage growth has been in non-domestic rates income (a) in each year since 1999 and (b) what it is expected to be in each of the next four years.

The annual percentage growth in the actual amount of non-domestic rates income collected in each year since 1999 is provided in the following table.
