To ask the Scottish Government whether it will implement the Smith Commission's recommendations on the future management of the Crown Estate in Scotland.
Answered by: Roseanna Cunningham 19 January 2017
Our first priority is to complete the devolution of management of the Crown Estate to the Scottish Parliament and ensure a smooth transition. In parallel, we are currently undertaking a public consultation on the long-term arrangements for management of Crown Estate assets in Scotland. The responses received will help inform the way forward on further devolution of management of assets, based on the Smith Commission’s principles.
