To ask the Scottish Government, further to its news release of 10 October 2016, Support for Heathrow expansion, what the value of the long-term marketing campaign signed as part of the memorandum of understanding would have been had it been obtained on the open market, and what this would involve.

The marketing campaign would be worth £1.5million and would promote investment and tourism in Scotland. As with previous campaigns Heathrow and Visit Scotland will work together to ensure the marketing campaign is a success.
