To ask the Scottish Government whether section 95 of the Scotland Act 1998 applies to all members of the judiciary or is limited to the Court of Session and the Scottish Land Court.

Section 95(1) to (5) of the Scotland Act 1998 relates to the appointment of the Lord President of the Court of Session, the Lord Justice Clerk, judges of the Court of Session, sheriffs principal and sheriffs. Section 95(6) to (11) provides for the removal of judges of the Court of Session and the Chairman of the Scottish Land Court.
