Register of interests

Bill's register of interests

MSP's must provide details of their financial interests in the Register of Interests. They make an initial statement on becoming or being returned as an MSP. This is then updated with any changes they provide.

Here is the register for Bill Bowman. The date of their initial statement was 11 January 2017.

Remuneration and related undertaking

On 5 April 2017 I received £8,733 from Tenairvia Consulting Limited in settlement of funds I had paid out previously on its behalf. [Registered 05 April 2017]

Until 7 November 2017 I was a director of Tenairvia Consulting Limited, of Torrisdale Street, Queens Park, Glasgow. This was a Quality Assurance Consulting Company, which was dissolved via voluntary strike off on 7 November 2017. Since the date of my return, I did not carry out any work for Tenairvia. I received some remuneration for work carried out prior to my return, which was registered at the time. The sole client of Tenairvia Consulting Limited was KPMG, an organisation of which I was a partner until 2012. [Amended interest 21 February 2017] [Amended interest 16 November 2017]

On 30 June 2017 I received £6,570.47 from Tenairvia Consulting Limited which represents the net income of the company from it trading up to the date it became inactive, which was prior to my return. [Registered 30 June 2017]

I met with many organisations and individuals to hear and discuss issues of concern and areas for possible future engagement. The costs of my visit were met by the Embassy of Israel in the United Kingdom (MFA) (of 2 Palace Green, Kensington, London W8 4QB) and in respect of my travel, accommodation and hospitality are estimated to be of the value of £2,200.
