Question
To ask the Scottish Government whether it plans to monitor the inclusion of compliance with fire alarm standards in home reports.
Answer
The Scottish Government intends to publish proposals for changes to the Home Report, including recommendations from the Home Report review and other matters raised by stakeholders. We will include a proposed additional question in the Property Questionnaire on fire and smoke alarms.
