Agenda item 3 is consideration of subordinate legislation. I refer members to paper 3, which is a note by the clerk. The committee is invited to consider the Council Tax Reduction (Scotland) Amendment (No 4) Regulations 2020, which is an instrument that is subject to the negative procedure. The instrument makes amendments to fully disregard payments of Scottish child payment and winter heating assistance in calculating entitlement to council tax reduction. It also makes adjustments following the DWP’s universal credit pensions age run-on changes and removes outdated provisions.
