Good afternoon, colleagues, and welcome to this specially recalled meeting of the Parliament. The first item of business, before the substantive item, is consideration of business motion S5M-23816, in the name of Graeme Dey, on behalf of the Parliamentary Bureau, on the suspension of standing orders.
Motion moved,
That the Parliament agrees that, for the purposes of consideration of the legislative consent memorandum on the European Union (Future Relationship) Bill, Rules 9B.3.5 and 9B.3.6 of the Standing Orders be suspended.—[Graeme Dey]
