That the Parliament congratulates Patricia Robins, who lives in Kemnay, Aberdeenshire, on receiving a BEM in The Queen’s New Year’s Honours List; recognises that Patricia was recognised for her years of service to charity and the community in Aberdeenshire, including her work with Grampian Health Board and Kemnay Community Council, and wishes her all the best for the future.
