Theo Harvey Receives Cornwell Scout Badge

That the Parliament recognises the courage of 13-year-old Theo Harvey from Alford who has raised over £7,500 for Guide Dogs; understands that Theo, who lost his sight after having a brain tumour removed in 2016, has been awarded a Cornwell Scout Badge, one of the most prestigious awards available from the Scouts Association; congratulates him on his current and future fundraising efforts, and wishes Theo all the best for the future.
