That the Parliament notes the extraordinary work undertaken by local government employees during 2020; recognises the contribution of those who have cared for the children of key workers, collected refuse, administered vital grants to local people and businesses, housed the homeless and much more; understands that many local government workers have been redeployed, and thanks them for their ongoing efforts to support local communities.
