That the Parliament congratulates the University of St Andrews' Department of Sport and Exercise and its Athletic Union on achieving the LGBT Charter at Silver level; recognises the hard work and dedication required to achieving this prestigious award from LGBT Youth Scotland; notes that new policy and guidance was developed to support trans staff and students and top 10 tips for inclusive sport, and welcomes the training and the review of practice and resources that aim to ensure that the Department and the Union go beyond meeting legislative needs and are as inclusive as possible for students, staff and the wider community.
