Praise for West Dunbartonshire Citizens Advice Bureau

That the Parliament commends the staff and volunteers of West Dunbartonshire Citizens Advice Bureau (WDCAB) for their extensive work in supporting communities across West Dunbartonshire during the COVID-19 pandemic; applauds their innovative and flexible working that has enabled this vital service to continue to offer a comprehensive advice service; highlights that, from March to November 2020 during the pandemic, WDCAB dealt with over 4,500 enquiries, with over 14,500 separate issues addressed for clients; appreciates the support, advice and the positive outcomes achieved by WDCAB staff and volunteers, and thanks WDCAB for its ongoing service to support the communities of West Dunbartonshire.
