That the Parliament applauds the Northfield resident, Chelsea Birkitt, on the launch of "Talkable"; understands that the volunteer-run telephone service offers a friendly voice to individuals experiencing anxiety and panic attacks; notes that the group of five volunteers are available from 6.00 am to midnight every day, and hope to expand their service to offer 24-hour support with more volunteers signing up; recognises that the call handlers are not offering treatment but a sympathetic ear for a person in their time of need; respects that all calls are confidential, and wishes Chelsea and her team continued success in this new venture.
