That the Parliament thanks Martin Macdougall, who is from Merkinch in Inverness, on winning a Stagecoach National Hero award for his efforts to deliver colouring books and craft materials to children in the area during the COVID-19 lockdown; recognises that Martin used his savings to purchase and deliver the materials; understands that his efforts inspired others to help with donations and deliveries; notes that more than 600 packs were prepared and delivered; commends  Barry Duncan for helping Martin with deliveries; believes that such community mindedness is a credit to the Highlands, and wishes Martin all the best..
