Margaret Winter Celebrates 40 Years at the Scottish Canoe Association

That the Parliament congratulates Edinburgh Western resident, Margaret Winter, on her 40th anniversary as administrator at the Scottish Canoe Association; considers that Margaret has been integral to the success and everyday operations of the Association; acknowledges the scale of this task given that the Association has 6,000 members, and applauds Margaret for how she has adapted to the circumstances presented by the current COVID-19 pandemic by continuing to go above and beyond for both colleagues and members.
