East Kilbride’s Mystery Gardener

That the Parliament recognises East Kilbride’s "mystery gardener", Colin Nicholson, who, as reported in East Kilbride’s weekly newspaper, the East Kilbride News, has been keeping his local area of West Mains tidy during the time that normal Council services have been curtailed; notes that Colin has been weeding pavements, maintaining green areas and picking up litter over the last six months; welcomes, along with Colin’s neighbours and residents of West Mains, his community spirit, and encourages everyone to help keep East Kilbride and Scotland beautiful.
