That the Parliament acknowledges the fifth anniversary of the Warmer Homes Scotland fuel poverty scheme, which has led to over 20,000 households receiving assistance through the installation of energy efficiency improvements; congratulates the success of Warmworks, which has operated as the management agent; welcomes the contribution that Warmworks has made to communities across the country by working with 22 sub-contractors and providing jobs and training opportunities, and celebrates the scheme helping families become warmer, happier and healthier in their homes.
