Congratulating the Carnwadric WIN Project

That the Parliament congratulates the Carnwadric WIN Project on receiving £9,589 from the National Lottery Community Fund, and recognises that it will use the funding to deliver a crafts programme for local women, pilot a new art group and develop a wider community-based arts project focused on the area.
