That the Parliament recognises September 26 as World Environmental Health Day 2020; endorses this year’s theme of "Environmental Health, a Key Public Health Intervention in Disease Pandemic Prevention"; acknowledges the valuable work of the International Federation of Environmental Health in seeking to spread information regarding environmental health and promote cooperation between countries on issues relating to this; appreciates what it sees as the need for Scotland to advance the cause of environmental health, and supports the further multilateral efforts required to tackle the health concerns posed by climate change and environmental degradation.
