That the Parliament wishes Willie Gaughan from West Calder a happy 102nd birthday; notes that he grew up in nearby Mosside, served in the army during the Second World War, including at Dunkirk; understands that he celebrated his birthday at Burngrange Care Home with staff and family, and sends Willie its very best wishes.
