That the Parliament commends the fundraising efforts of 19-year-old Kieran Hopkins from Blackburn; understands that he will skydive later in September 2020 to raise money for the childhood cancer charity, Clic Sargent, and believes that this is an excellent fundraising initiative by Kieran.
