That the Parliament congratulates Gemma Bruce on being appointed the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs (SAYFC) national chairman; notes that Gemma has been involved with SAYFC since the age of 14; recognises that she has a full-time career as a pharmacist, which she balances with her duties to SAYFC, and recognises the transferable skills involved in each role; notes that her main emphasis is on the “are ewe ok campaign”, which highlights the help available to young farmers, especially with regards to their mental health, and wishes Gemma every success in her new role.
