Lewis Footballer, James Graham, Signs for Rangers

That the Parliament congratulates 16-year-old James Graham, who is from the Isle of Lewis, on agreeing to join Rangers from Ross County; understands that James is considered to be one of Scotland’s most promising football talents; acknowledges that he was in demand from English Premier League clubs but opted to join Rangers on a three-year deal; recognises the importance of all of Scotland’s professional football clubs in developing the country's future playing talent, and wishes James well in his future career at Rangers.
