National Lottery Heritage Funding for Plantlife Scotland

That the Parliament welcomes the money received by Plantlife Scotland from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, which will enable it to work with local communities to carry out vital conservation work in the Cairngorms to save the twinflower plant and other rare species; recognises that this project will be supported by the Cairngorms National Park and Scottish Natural Heritage; welcomes Plantlife Scotland’s commitment to work with local communities and landowners to deliver this work, and recognises that this will contribute to restoring some of Scotland’s most threatened biodiversity.
