As an amendment to motion S5M-23226 in the name of Donald Cameron (Care Homes), insert at end "; believes that such an inquiry should take a human rights approach and consider the role of Scottish Government guidance in relation to COVID-19 outbreaks in care homes, and calls on the Scottish Government to commence cross-party talks on the inquiry remit, in the interests of transparency and public safety."
