As an amendment to motion S5M-22764 in the name of Mark Ruskell (A Just Transition for Mossmorran), insert at end "; further notes that the trade unions, Unite and GMB, have hundreds of members employed on both the Shell and Exxon sites, and recognises the view that they should be fully involved in any discussions on the future of the sites and on would-be members of any Just Transition board that was established."
