As an amendment to motion S5M-16012 in the name of Mark Griffin (Carer's Allowance Supplement), insert at end ", and agrees that ministers should use their powers to deliver, as soon as is feasible, a 50% increase in weekly Carer's Allowance payments to recognise the value of care work."
