Question

To ask the Scottish Government what progress is being made on implementing parts of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 not yet enacted (a) regarding agricultural holdings and (b) in chapter 5 regarding rent review.

Answer

Since the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 came into force, we have implemented over half of Part 10; five sections remain, including rent review. We continue to work on these sections and further commencement regulations will be brought forward shortly.
