Question
To ask the Scottish Government which local authorities have made use of their new powers under the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 to provide local discretionary business rates relief.

The Scottish Government will monitor local discretionary rates relief awarded under powers created by Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act.
