Question
To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is aware of the housing development built on the Dormont estate near Lockerbie under the Rural Homes for Rent pilot scheme.
Answer
The Scottish Government is aware of the housing development built on the Dormont Estate near Lockerbie under the Rural Homes for Rent pilot scheme. The eight homes were designed to PassivHaus standards and have been successful in gaining many awards, including Rural Development of the Year at the Scottish Home Awards 2012.
