To ask the Scottish Executive, with reference to Contract between The Scottish Ministers and Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd for the Provision of Prisoner Escort & Court Custody in Scotland, how incidents of fighting as a breach of prison discipline will be recorded and whether any reports of such incidents will be published.
