Question

To ask the Scottish Government whether a vulnerable cared-for person, or their guardian if they do not have capacity, has a right to demand that the person caring for them wears a protective mask in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.


Answer

We are clear that a person can ask their carer to wear a mask should they feel vulnerable.
