Question
To ask the Scottish Government what it estimates the contribution is of the Scotch Whisky industry to Scottish exports.
Answer
The latest published figures from Export Statistics Scotland estimated international exports of Scotch Whisky at £4.0 billion in 2014. This equates to 14% of Scotland's international exports.
