“The above instrument was made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(3), (5) and (6) of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, and all other powers enabling them to do so. The instrument is subject to negative procedure.”

On 14 March, Christine Grahame MSP lodged Motion S6M-12516 which calls on the Criminal Justice Committee to recommend that the Dangerous Dogs (Compensation and Exemption Schemes) (Scotland) Order 2024 (SSI 2024/70) be annulled.
